I had just about the absolute worst service from this company. The first appointment I had someone came and gave me an estimate of $2000 to $3000. So I scheduled their services. On the day they were supposed to show up for their services they tried to cancel on me. When they finally did show up there were 2 hours late.
My wife and I told them we put everything we would like to save against the wall. And we threw out most of the stuff since the first appointment because the guy advised us if we threw a lot away it would cost less then the $2000- $3000. We told them if they had any questions to please ask before throwing stuff out because a lot of it had sentimental value.
Serve pro took half of my save stuff. Items that were not damaged at all. When they were finished with their services. According to them cleaning to industry standards. My basement still had Mold rotting wood and dirt everywhere. Not just a little bit..piles of it. They also cleaned out their machines in my basement sink leaving all of their debris an inch thick i had to dig out. Another place they cleaned out their machines is in my garden beds. Where I grow vegetables. And along the side of my house. They pushed my washing machine so hard against my water pipe they pinch the cord splitting it. Also charged me for disconnecting and reconnecting the washer and dryer which they did no such thing they were never even moved except being pushed back a few inches and were not cleaned behind or under.
I called them to ask if they were finished cleaning. They said yes they were leaving the dehumidifiers there for several days and they would be back to pick them up. Never stating that they were going to come and check on them. I tried to tell them that I was unsatisfied with the work and I would like them to come pick up their machines because they did not do the job I hired them for. After they came and picked up their machines I have not had communication with them for almost 2 weeks. Their machines were here being used from 9pm- 2pm the next day. I asked the night before they be picked up. And they charged me for 24 hrs of use. They refused to answer any questions about why they did not clean my basement as I hired them too. Just kept telling Mr it was to industry standards. Fast forward to today. I received a bill for almost $7000. They still are refusing to take my phone calls or emails or text messages. Also refusing to return my stolen items. Now instead of one disaster I am going through 2.
