Seattle's Property Management and The Bronson Group are owned by Matt Bronson, who has over two decades in real estate. From the past 15 years, he has been managing a portfolio that includes over 300 multifamily homes and over 200 single-family homes. Over the last ten years, he has been an industry leader. In 2011, he was elected Vice President of National Association of Residential Property Managers, and in 2012, he was elected President. He also holds an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is licensed as a Managing Broker in Washington. To promote professionalism, diversity, and humor, the SPM Team was carefully designed. In a job that requires thick skin, it is important to enjoy some humor. Our goal is to provide quality services for our valued clients. Matt was born in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood, and he graduated from Northeastern University, Boston. For now, he lives with his daughter, wife, and two dogs in Lake Forest Park.
