Dr Dhillon initially diagnosed cat with over active thyroid as cat lost 1/3 of weight. Didn’t do an xray as we asked about it (cat owners for over 40 years). Went back week later and his partner diagnosed as cancer AFTER xray was done. Went to talk to Dr Dhillon again and told family he was right with his diagnosis. Insulted our kid after forking out $1100 leaving her in tears had to beg for another prescription as cat could tolerate original prescription and he refused to have it filled there forcing family to fill elsewhere - went to to places as order had to be questioned. The he stormed out after asking who diagnosed the cancer. Challenged wife to report him to the college- no compassion whatsoever
I can't thank these guys enough. My 1 year old cat should've been seen at a different clinic and they wouldn't accommodate him for an emergency after spending a fortune on examination and tests. The people at Gateway accommodated us despite their appointments being full. Dr. Singh was just so kind. I wasn't sure going in but after talking to him, I don't think I'm ever taking Jack elsewhere. I'm beyond thankful. Let's see how my baby recovers but atleast he's being looked at by responsible people. Highly recommended!!!
