Goth Unite

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE SELLERS!! I purchased a pair of tripp pants to USA in September. 2 weeks later no update so I emailed they told me my item was out of stock. So I requested the next size up to be delivered. I followed tracking religiously but there was no update then suddenly it said it was delivered to the front door of my apartment. It isn’t physically possible to deliver to the front door of my apartment we have a locked mail area where your packages go so this wasn’t true, and on top of that I was home all day, even spoke to the mail carrier asking if my package had come which it hadnt. I go all over asking all my neighbors and I figure I’ll wait because international tracking can be funky sometimes. I never receive the pants. So after over a month I reach out to goth unite telling them the situation. I had already reached out to usps AND Canada post with little to no response. Canada post finally informed me it’s the SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM AND IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN RECEIVE THE INSURANCE CLAIM MONEY!! So I tell the seller ALL OF THIS. They decide to repeatedly call me the wrong name, repeatedly tell me it was delivered if I don’t have it it’s my fault and my job to file a claim EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM I PHYSICALLY CANNOT TO THAT THAT THERE IS NO WAY THE BUYER CAN DO THAT ONLY THE SENDER! So they proceeded to stop replying to my emails completely and say it’s not their problem. I reached out to afterpay and they told afterpay that I had received SWEATPANTS instead of a refund. I never received ANY merchandise from this company and I’m going to write this review of my experience on every website I can until the seller FINALLY realizes it’s their responsibility to FILE A CLAIM FOR THE BUYER AND THAT THERES NOTHING IN YOUR POLICIES ABOUT NOT ASSISTING WITH LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ESPECIALLY WHEN I PAY 27$ for additional shipping and WAIT MONTHS for an item I paid for and didn’t receive only to be treated like garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!!! I have screenshots that show all of this
