Very upset with the way I was treated by staff one night (about 3 weeks ago) after using the bathroom. I was completely beside myself when I was accused of using drugs in the bathroom. Not only was I insulted but highly offended. Offended that not only was I wrongly accused and my defense meant absolutely nothing. Not only was I wrongly accused but was actually told I could no longer use the services I just paid 500 dollars for the day before. I've never felt so upset and I left the salon with tears streaming down my eyes. I couldn't help but wonder what I did to this staff member for her to be so cruel in not only accusing me of something I've never done but making this accusation in front of about 4 or 5 individuals (either they were visiting her at the time or they were other staff members im not sure.)I've been told I should sue for defflamation of character and slander. I feel people as hateful as her should not be working with customers that they are allowed to treat in this manner without any consequences or repercussions.
