DO NOT TAN HERE!!
The customer service at Sunscape is terrible. I signed up for their Flex package which has the ability to "freeze" if you don't want to use it for a couple months up to a year. I froze it back in December 2022 in person, and the employee didn't give me my 'freeze form' to sign before leaving so I got charged for both January and February 2023 without tanning there. To top it all off, the employees at the store blamed me for not properly freezing my account with them back in December, despite a 25 min conversation with the employee at the time, where I double-checked to ensure that my account was frozen.
They refuse to issue refunds and do not take accountability for their employees mistakes. The only way you can contact a person with any control is through email which you will not get a response from until months later (I emailed them back in November 2022 and just got one back February 10 2023 saying there is nothing they can do). The employees and manager of the salon don't even get provided a contact number, they have to go through email as well.
