I refused a shipment of a item but they still charged me 20% restocking fee (almost $400) for item that was not opened. Which by the way refusing a shipment is NOT mentioned in the return policy .Now they can resell at no extra cost to them. Thats one way of making money. If they were honest and said ya we are not doing that well these days and we need the money, I would have given it to them.
I knew there was going to be an issue after reading the first paragraph of the return policy .
"We want you to love the product you’ve ordered. And we really want any item you buy from us to arrive in absolutely, perfect condition. But things do happen. So, we’re here to make your return or exchange process as effortless as possible." When you're trying this hard you know somethigs a miss.
You know as well as I do Dan S. this a disgusting way of doing business but if you can sleep at night knowing you screw people out of money all the power to you. I know I couldn't do it.
