Merrick Architecture - Borowski Sakumoto McIntyre Webb Limited (Victoria Studio) is a vibrant and innovative architectural and planning firm with considerable experience and expertise. We are passionate about architecture and the practice of building. Our goal is to provide design excellence that is effective and compelling. Architecture and the art of making buildings are in our blood. Our concentration on design has always been in relation to all the other aspects of architectural production. For us, strong relationships are the basis of our success. Our practice has developed significantly over the past three and a half decades, from a few practitioners to 24 people based in Vancouver or Victoria. We are a small practice with strong design skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with our clients and their teams. Client relations and technical knowledge are balanced in our work, which is a unique design skill set. Merrick Architecture has been rewarded with recognition for its innovative and highly acclaimed projects in the public and private sectors. RAIC awarded Merrick Architecture the Award of Outstanding Architectural Firm in 2005. We provide significant benefits to our clients and mentorship opportunities for our staff.
