Peter Bruckshaw - Lawyer

At Bruckshaw Law, we practice family law. In 1989, he was called to the Bar of Manitoba. His practice has been exclusively focused on family law. Many clients have been taken to every level of the court system, from the Manitoba Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. For many years, Mr. Bruckshaw practised collaborative and counsel-assisted mediation, in which clients can often resolve disputes and settle the parties' interests quickly without having to take their case to court. Peter Bruckshaw is a partner at St. Mary's Law LLP and a member of the Family Law Practice Group. Peter graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law in 1985 and received a B.A. (1st class honors). In Law School, Peter was awarded the Canada Law Book Prize and Harry Walsh Prize. We understand that each family is unique, and each client has different priorities and needs. This system is designed to accommodate your requirements, and our conviction is that the best results are obtained by working together.
