RBC Insurance

I have been with them for 15 years,no claims,no accidents.Calling them to make a change to a policy is a nightmare.Takes hours to answer the call.Wonder what happened to their customer service.will not recommend anyone to RBC insurance.

If I can’t trust you to pick up the phone or respond to my emails or fix the 5 hour wait times (for the past 3 years). Then you are not there when I need you and intentionally wasting my time. Therefore you cannot be trusted and I will take my business elsewhere. I chose the cheapest insurance so I would accept cheap service but 78 days to authorize a repair for an accident that was not my fault and nobody contested or disputed the claim and still rbc had not given the auto body shop authorization to repair my vehicle. My insurance allows a rental for 15 days. The repair will take 7 days. It has now been 78 days. Rbc has the worst google reviews yet $16 billion in profits year after year. Not from my wallet. Not ever again.
