We have called them in the past so we thought we’d call them again when our old furnace started having more serious problems They were one of the few that would come out and help right away and we have had excellent service and very polite knowledgable and down to earth employees whenever we’ve dealt with them.
So we’ve dealt with Mark coming out for a service call the same day we called,Adam coming out, the next day on a weekendto tell us what our options were for a new furnace and Dan Jared and Isaac installed for us two days later.
So no one likes putting the money out for a furnace but I think they did well by us went with the Lennox should be happy with it it’s already so much quieter and keeps the house so much more comfortable.
I would recommend them they don’t have a lot of the small fine print that others do, they are local so you’re not dealing with somebody in an office God knows where and I like supporting local business as well.
There are lots that I would not trust but I do trust these guys go for it!
Had an appointment to have our furnace and fireplace inspected. This company flaked and canceled the appointment with zero notice. Lost half a days pay for nothing. Do not recommend.
