From the outset, I was led to believe that Robert would be spearheading my project, promising prompt and efficient results. Not only was I charged a hefty optimization fee, but they also saddled me with a recurring monthly subscription fee. As the weeks turned into months, their communication became abysmally sparse. I constantly found myself pushing them to resume the project, only to be met with radio silence. It was shocking to learn later that Robert Rooke, who had left my project hanging, is the very owner of Presshero. This isn't just a mere case of poor service; it's a blatant disregard for client trust and commitment. I've been trying to secure a refund, but it seems they've vanished into thin air. Regrettably, I am now being forced to take legal action. I implore anyone considering Presshero for services to think twice. It's been a costly nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Beware! BTW, most of the 5-star reviews on this page are fake. Even their employee Jillian Holmes pretends to have worked with the company as a client.

And the subscription money was taken without delay. Please cancel all transactions and return all payments back to the account. Constant empty promises, deception with answers, failure to fulfill obligations. Imposing friendly communication and at the same time misleading in the performance of tasks. Until March 7, no action was taken, contact with the team was lost. On March 7 5:21 in local time (Estonia), I received for the first time an answer about Robert, where the following was indicated: I am the owner of PressHero. It has been brought to my attention what is happening here. This is not the experience we strive for and I will take care of your requests personally. We strive to provide an excellent experience and do everything possible to deserve our 5-star review ratings. I am looking over your tickets and will get back to you as soon as possible. Robert Rooke I am completely disappointed with your company and your services are not as described. For all the time I have not received a single report on the work, I think that I was deceived and simply took money for unfulfilled obligations. I ask you to look into this situation and I am very sorry that ROBERT, being the main one, turned out to be such a dishonest and dishonorable person. I have all correspondence by mail. Claims!
