Customers are quite pleased with La-Z-Boy Markham's staff, such as Steve, Bruce, Denise, and Lexie. Steve's patience and willingness to work with his clients during decision-making is highly appreciated. He also responds to emails and phone calls promptly. These can all contribute to customer satisfaction with the store and its staff. Al-Halanah M.'s review is as follows. 'I was on the market for a sofa and recliner and found one I loved at the Markham location. I dealt with Steve Kalli and he was amazing. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process since I took some time to make a decision. I'm very pleased with the sales staff, especially Steve. Deliveries were professional and the items were as expected. I would highly recommend this location, especially if you need a very patient salesman.' Others echo Al-Halanah's remarks and I would come back for future purchases. However, customer satisfaction does not guarantee that delivery and customer service will be problem-free. Some customers have concerns. Alp Y. stated, 'My purchasing experience at the store was great. I was even helped by Steve Kalli, who was amazing. He surely did a great job with the whole buying process and the product, but that has since turned out to be a disaster. I have yet to receive the items three weeks after the estimated delivery date, and customer service hasn't been helpful. It took weeks for me to get a proper answer and the issue is yet to be resolved. The customer service from delivery to after sales care has been terrible. I have had to call them more than five times to track and sort out the issue but still, no one could give a proper answer. The worst part is no one even took effort to call me. This has been stressful and I would advise caution when buying from them, especially if you don't want your furniture for months.' Miscommunication can make customers unhappy.
