I purchased a sofa and TV from the Brick in Windsor Ontario approximately 2 yrs ago. The TV no longer works and is only used occasionally in a spare bedroom. The sofa has a spring popping up on one side. After spending almost 2000.00 dollars at this store the response was " welcome to 2023. Things just don't last." Outrageous!!! This was the first time I've ever made a large purchase at The Brick and it will definitely be the last. I would give them a zero rating if I could. Extremely poor customer service and they just don't care!!!
