YMCA of Regina Aquatics offers all sorts of ways to have a good time. You'll be learning important skills to have fun and be safe in the water, whether you're brand-new or experienced. There are 180 spots for children from newborns to school-age kids in this Child Care Services and Health, Fitness & Aquatics Programs. We want everyone to be happy in mind, body, and spirit, without any barriers. That's why we're a charity. We work to give friendship and to help your community grow. Our charity pays for the child care, leadership development, and healthy living programs that help your family. We develop leaders and community-minded people who share our values. Our members support community programs and our mission by joining the YMCA. You can swim in our pools at any time that fits your schedule. We have fun and regular drop-in or lane swimming hours in our pools. Swimming in water is a great way to strengthen your muscles. Water gives resistance to your muscles when you move in it. This makes you stronger. Water makes you feel light by reducing stress on your joints, so you can move at full speed or work even faster.
