The funerals have so far been well received by trust pilot users. On average four reviews of the service are positive with only one, titled "One star for you!", being critical of some of the services. Positive comments about the service in general are mixed and positive. When the service is bad in customer reviews there are many comments saying they would be happy to use the service for their loved ones. In general, clients have always conveyed feeling supported and welcome. In the negative review, Ebunolu complained that their family was not happy with the services. In addition, the services were not affordable and not worth it. The majority of the problems revolved around the staff's insensitivity.
