They are the pros in town. - I can not thank G&S Construction for all they have done for me this past year... I’m a 67 y/o widow who recently purchased my 1st home w/out my husband. I naively trusted the pros & others only to later, (after the home closed), find out that there were major undisclosed drainage & foundation issues. I could not move into this house for 18 months due to the major repairs that were needed. During this hard time, I was also diagnosed with a life-threatening disease. I quickly found out how many shady characters are out there eager to take advantage of one’s vulnerability and they did. After many unnecessary & costly major repairs that did not solve my house problems, I was finally referred by my attorney Collin Bogener to seek the help of G&S Construction. I finally found the honest & caring humans I wish I knew about from the beginning. It’s hard for me to come up with the perfect words to express the deep gratitude & admiration for G&S Construction. They treated me as if I was their own mother or grandmother. I had a true emotional connection and trust with Forrest & John & their crew. Good good people & a hard-working team that earned my respect…they even helped me find my lost sense of humor. They made me smile & laugh again. I felt like God had finally sent his angels to help me. I can't thank them enough for the amazing work & my beautiful new detailed drainage system...the water just flows where it's supposed to and my house is finally dry & safe. I love rain now! Thank you dearly my new friends Forrest & John! - G&S Construction is excellent to work with. They have completed 4 different jobs on my house, some of them very big. They are extremely professional and detail-oriented. Communication is top-of-their-game. The craftsmanship is phenomenal, and for the high level of work they do it is well worth the money. I find a ton of value in using G&S for all of my remodeling and installation projects. They start a job and finish it, and they make sure you’re happy with the results.
