I want to say this, are you here? To help family get together with their loved one to get their spouse, their family. Their child to the US or helps them get their US Visa complete ??? BUT I FEEL YOU are you here to make people feel unwanted AND unanswered no replies when needed? I called yesterday again, asked to speak with my case. Worker and was told was not in the office again. I don't like reaching out and asking a question. When I have to wait 3 days for a response, very bad. BAD!!! All I was asking is what I needed to do next for my wife. I'm paid for her. She even emailed and asked nicely for someone to please email HER back very important quickly. I paid for your help wie my. Wife's Visa application processing. And now they are asking us for paywork and information. But sometimes you get a little confused. CONFUSED I SAY so call you and want to ask my attorney that i paid for to help? Us.... You guys do not reply back at all. When called on or asked a question.its 3 days or NO reply, no call back.only FOR A 8 MIIN CALL!! WOW I used you a Long time ago and you are very good. I would say 5 star ....BUt this time, your service sucks like a 1star....just saying the way it should be said if you go back and look at my Case from the day. 1 That I hirede guys you have done me wrong. There's a recap. When I called. Spoke with Heather, she set my case up. Is got all my information I sent her on my emails even payment You hit the fact that she left two months after I hire her with no reply from you or her or anybody else until I called you several times Then you gave me. A new case work. Which was very kind. And very respectful and answered back very fast. Which is a very good thing when you're trying to figure out paperwork. Because working and having a partner very far away in a different country makes it very difficult to get ahold of people So I wanna say thank you to vanessa For being very understanding and making me feel like you guys were here for me and my wife. But one of them that's all left, Waiting for long replies Sometimes never I don't understand. I don't Know why Yesterday Thursday It is now Friday. 7pm I called the office, it's after hour I couldn't get an answer back. I called Eric yestoday. He said that he would Make sure my case worker got my phone call.....nothing It's sad, very sad for me to talk like this. To you guys when all I'm trying to do is get my family here. And use your services correctly. I Paid for But you treat me like I'm the bad guy. IM NOT THANK YOU ..... SO NO CALL NO REPLY!!!!!!
