CLLARO

CLLARO says that we must get ready for demographic shifts that are inevitable. The US population is aging as its non-Hispanic white proportion and birth rate are falling. Interracial marriages, higher immigration, and Latino and other minority birth rates are altering Colorado's population. Today, the majority of the population in all four states and Washington, DC comprises minorities. The nation will become predominantly minority by 2043. CLLARO aims to reduce income, education, and health inequalities. Its mission is to create equitable conditions for all Coloradans, enhance productivity and equity in civic institutions, and improve the quality of life for Coloradans.
