I, Dee Hoult, founded Applause Your Paws in 2006. After all, I have been the top dog at Applause your Paws since the start. I have always been around dogs since I was a child. I discovered my ability to teach them basic manners and obedience at an early age. The business idea was sparked after I completed my undergraduate studies and saw the opportunity to establish a company that provides dog owners with another option for their dogs' training. It wasn't until someone paid me for my dog training and rescue work that I thought of doing it as a career. Back then, I wanted to be an oceanographer or marine scientist. However, someone paid me to train and rescue dogs, and that sparked the idea. I never considered a career as a dog trainer or any other dog industry at the time. However, it occurred to me that I could develop and offer something truly special for Miami's dog owners. This program consists of five 1-hour classes and is OPEN to all. This program is based on the AKC Canine Good Citizen curriculum. The CGC certification is designed to reward dogs that demonstrate excellent behavior at home or in the community. The AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program promotes responsible pet ownership by pet owners and well-mannered dogs.

I am so glad I contacted Applause Your Paws dog training for my dogs barking and reactivity issues. I had tried everything and nothing seemed to be working which was very stressful.
I booked a 1:1 with Dee and luckily she saw him on one of his worse days.
With the right instructions, I managed to correct the behaviour in no time and will continue with her training.
I can't thank Dee and the team enough for the right training, support and understanding. It's made such a difference to myself and my pooch.
