Born and raised in Slovakia, I have a certification as a massage therapist. As a professional massage therapist, I have been practicing for over 15 years, and first, I was trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Thai massage is a significant part of my life, and it was when I was trained to do it that I felt light and expanded. Since I first fell in love, I have tried to blend some Thai massage into my Table Bodywork. Fundamental principles from myofascial stress relief bodywork are still with me, and I've always wanted to share Gyrotonic Expansion with others. Sport and exercise have always been an interest of mine, and I am a passionate athlete. It's a graceful and enjoyable exercise for the body and a healing path for body and soul. This is why I use my hands, forearms, and even knees to give a relaxing, deep, and enjoyable bodywork that stimulates muscles, increases blood flow and metabolism, and releases toxins.
