College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with moving first of all to start off it was a late start but I see they have a 30 minute to a hour leeway time then there were not enough movers to move my items and they kept asking me questions as if I were the captain or lead person and I continuous continuously was saying make sure you move all the large items I know my furniture and I know it is quite heavy as I told the sales manager I really want it four people and he assured me that three would be fine but the morning the movers arrived they only had two and they were late and skeptical as I was I wanted to reschedule which is what I should have done as the move start they were really struggling the lead person was very optimistic and was trying to assure me that everything was going to be okay but it was not I have several pieces of furniture that is torn up the floors were tore up in which the excuse was the floor is not glued down properly well the floor was perfect when I came to look at the property I looked at the property a few times before I assumed at least the floors were damaged which is linoleum the wall was damaged and I don't even think they were going to tell me that the things were damaged my marble top on my buffet is scratched up really bad and deep as well as my dresser they are probably more things that are torn up that they did not tell me about I just haven't come upon because I have not moved the things can't move the dresser as it has no legs the buffet the legs are torn up on it there are scratches on my china cabinet and I'm not really sure that they did it but I didn't notice them on my move about 4 or 5 years ago as I said the linoleum floor has gashes in it and no one thought to tell me that this is something I noticed on my own my daughter and I have not moved anything as I was waiting on them to repair my furniture my move was on June 30th I called and I complained the day of the move they sent an additional person in a few hours later within the move which really they could have kept that person and then later on in the day they sent another person this move went on from 901 to 7:30 p.m. this move should have taken only four no more than 5 hours I was so frustrated I additionally had to hire someone else to move my other things this was the worst move of my life it cost me over $2,000 which I was assured that it wouldn't even be over 1800 but like I said this move took from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. which is way ridiculous and then they tell me they've given me this and that discount which don't mean a hill of beans when I have damage to everything I have been going on for 2 weeks now about repairing my items in the floor flooring nothing has been done no one would answer the phone which is the sales manager no one has called me to reschedule the appointment to repair my items which was supposed to be this past Wednesday I am calling again today to the call center I am calling the better Business bureau and I am calling consumer affairs I feel like I was overcharged and I have been looked over this is one of the worst teams I have ever hired I hope you catch them on a good day or you don't have expensive furniture
