Client Feedback Review Unethical and they like over billing. I hired them to represent me in a construction defect case. He never did anything and then sent me a letter saying he cannot represent me since he never agreed to represent me. But in the same letter he said I never paid the retainer. Why would he ask for a retainer if he never agreed to repersent me? They also tried to bill me for speaking with an attorney when I called to talk to the receptioist about a previous bill. She just patched me through to the attorney. I never asked to speak to the attorney, yet they tried to bill me for the call. Many attorneys are bad and this guy fits right in that category. Not helpful So far I'm going to rate the lovley lady that answered my call very friendly and understanding and listened didn't just shut me down. I'm gonna stop calling other attorneys from the reviews and wait for there response from what I read they at least take the time to acknowledge you especially at a time like this. Incredibly rude staff. Was not attentive to me as a client in any way and tried taking my kid from a healthy, loving, sober home and forcing him to his dad's full time where not only was it a disgusting, dirty trap house filled with every junkie you could imagine, but also had syringes and rats all over It. They were also trying to feed my kid those rats for fun. They were well aware of this and STILL tried putting my kid in that house with no supervision.... Great job you faulty disgusting frauds. Daniel Keyes is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest attorney I’ve ever worked with. He did his research and worked hard for me despite having more pressing issues to contend with (regular clients). I would highly recommend this team for appropriate legal matters and/or concerns. My first appointment with Wes Larsen and Jake was amazing! They are knowledgeable and had very beneficial info that they found through their own time and research. They did not rush or force me to sign anything and made it clear they want to help and they aren't there just for the money. They are very professional and well versed, these guys made me feel heard and answered any questions I had at the time. I definitely recommend reaching out and seeing if they can help you too.
