ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Naperville - Dog Training from Stayyy.com Giant Schnauzer Kropek was looking for the perfect dog trainer. Google led Thomas to Yelp and Thumbtack. As a marketer, he specialized in SEO. The information overloaded his big brain, and he saw a big gap in this crowded market. Thomas wondered if his discovery was common. He thought pet owners needed someone who knew how to get the best out of their dogs. Still, it was hard to find the right trainer. He could only imagine the frustration experienced by SEO and marketing geniuses.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Aaron, who is highly experienced in training dogs, apart from being a coach par excellence, is the best choice I ever made. With Stayyy.com, my dog's obedience has improved and, consequently, his confidence when interacting with strangers and new places have increased more than ever. The reviews validate my choice to trust Aaron with my pet. His methods and techniques have been tested and work pretty well. Follow-ups at home with consistency will lead to more improvement in the dog's behavior. That said any other dog I will get will certainly be under Aaron's tutorship. Features of Zoom training are that they work even though I was baffled that the barking that had been going on for a long time was solved quickly by Aaron. I also got to learn more about my dog in the process which was an awesome bonus. The Bootcamp is an experience most pet owners should try out. Each training session is a game-changer, and I must say that the money was worth it. Aaron does not only train dogs, but there is also a class for the pet owners since they are the ones to continue with the training when they get home. At the preserve last week, my dog was much livelier, and I had to confess that I didn't know how much the training had impacted his behavior positively. Going for boarding was the easiest thing to do, and my updates made my holiday much funner. In conclusion, Aaron is just remarkable for pet training, and that is why most of the reviews are positive. If you wish to have a reliable and friendly dog, ensure that you have assisted him with Aaron's training.

We hired Stayyy.com in November, 2024 to do the Board and Train program for our dog. They sent Aaron Rice who was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals (Class 4 Felony), misdemeanor cruelty to animals and 15 counts of "owner's duties" according to the Patch articles here: https://patch.com/illinois/bolingbrook/malnourished-dogs-rescued-bolingbrook-home-man-charged-police https://patch.com/illinois/bolingbrook/dogs-trainers-house-kept-cages-urine-feces-prosecutors We are requested a full refund as this trainer was not qualified to care for our dog and did not provide any useful service. He took our dog away in a cage he was supposed to return two weeks later. Aaron's communication was deceptive, inconsistent and misleading as we had no clue of the location of our dog. We provided food for two weeks and offered to provide more as Aaron extended the training time against our wishes. Aaron would not pick up the extra food or give us a location for drop-off. Aaron did not supplement any or enough food for our dog and our dog suffered. He finally returned our dog in late December (four weeks after taking him) in much worse condition than he left. The dog's foot was infected and he was malnourished with ribs viewable. Aaron showed his true colors during the return training session where he used electric shock and prong collars to force compliance to his commands. He made comments that treated our dog like a robot slave instead of a cherished pet. He wanted our dog to remain under strict guidelines for 90% of the day. We found his methods unacceptable and detrimental to the health of our dog. We promptly disposed of his torture devices as soon as he left and we fired him from any possible follow-up sessions. We were not happy with the training at all and requested a full refund based on Aaron's criminal performance. We have yet to receive any communication or refund since Aaron's arrest.
This is a terrible company that uses outdated and harsh training techniques such as starvation, prong collars, shock collars and probably other methods that the public does not see. My dog was supposed to be well cared for with their board and train program for two weeks where they keep him and train him. They kept him two weeks and then another two weeks with poor communication on their part the whole time. I'm convinced he was tortured and deprived of food as I finally got him back in much worse condition than he left. He chewed up his paws, showed signs of starvation (ribs viewable) and his emotional and mental state seemed like PTSD or some kind of depression. They didn't discuss their methods beforehand, but used prong and shock collars on him in my presence until I could dispose of these torture devices. This company continues to take down all negative Google reviews, so I'm hoping I can prevent some unlucky saps from falling for their tactics. Super expensive and nothing to show for it. Avoid these useless, overrated and overpriced trainers!!!
Please please please do not send your dogs here. Especially if you want them back.
