The techs who came to my home were good. The ownership is unprofessional, disorganized and condescending. We had to call multiple times to get an appointment scheduled. The owner insisted on coming a different, with only about an hours notice. He talked down to me and kept calling me "girl". I reached out to the company about his behavior and claimed to never have my contact info. They have done work in our home and our rental property. Really disappointing.
