Kitchen and Bath Decor Houston

Decided to remodel our kids bathrooms. We're relying on Kitchen and Bath again. Last time was a good experience and we're doing great on this one as well. It's almost finished, but basically finished. All is well!

I have had 2 1/2 bathrooms remodeled by these guys and their latest project was repairing one of our walls damaged by a broken pipe that leaked. These guys are great. I highly recommend them and would trust them with any project.

Overall we had a very good experience with our recent bathroom remodel. We were impressed with their initial responses to our inquiries. The other bathroom remodelers were were rude and seemed to have zero interest in my bathroom & shower remodel. They were always on time, gave me updates, cleaned up at the end of the day and did a beautiful job. It is exactly what I wanted.

They came out yesterday and gave us estimates on 2 bathrooms and larger shower. We felt they cared alot because they stayed until we didn't ask any more questions and were fully aware and educated on our remodels, the process, and the timelines. I was very impressed on their note taking of my particular visions of both remodels. We never felt rushed into choosing anything or making any decisions to sign a contract.

Kitchen and Bath Decor came out to see us about possibly replacing the kids jack and jill bathroom with 2 new bathrooms for the kids since they’re getting older. Not only did we feel safe we’re also very grateful that they were honest and we could rely on all of their expertise to get the job done right, and they did.

Honestly, I love this showroom. I found absolutely everything for my remodel here in the showroom and also giant slabs of cambria, which you don't see anywhere, btw. Val and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and friendly, offering homemade food in the showroom whilst we wandered around matching tiles and backsplash with countertops. We were able to keep our savings for our remodel as well. We were approved for financing fairly easily. We got a great design, full service installation crews, clean up crews and project management for our remodel. Suffice it to say, they're the best at home remodeling and great designers as well. Everything was done just right, as it should.

Thank you to Valentino for all of your knowledge and helpfulness when we came into the Kitchen & Bath Decor showroom. You’re a great salesman and very wise about remodeling. It is because of you that we decided to go ahead and get our kitchen remodel started. So far everything is going well. More to come

Once again I want to commend our contractor Kitchen and Bath Decor on their design, customer service, renovation planning, and installation. We had a complete home renovation. Some rooms, kitchen & bathrooms were complete gutted. It looks scary but they knew exactly what to do. They have a streamlined process. It’s an easy process to go through. Doesn’t seem like work at all. Thanks again for everyone’s support and guidance throughout our home renovation.

We've just had our kitchen completely remodeled by Kitchen & Bath Decor. The owner and her crew did a stunning job, it's breathtaking to look at. It transformed from an ugly old out dated 70's-ish kitchen to an amazing modernized kitchen. I can't wait for next year when she does our master bath!

Thank God! We are so thrilled with our kitchen remodel from Kitchen and Bath Decor Houston. What a great contractor, they worked professionally and in an organized manner. They completed the work just before our scheduled finish time. They also came back again to see if they left anything to finish for the job for us. The company was so great to work with and adapted to our needs so we got exactly what we wanted. If we need anything more renovations, we will call them again.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I’m a U.S military service member and I had just bought our first house. Immediately after closing on the house, I wanted to gift my wife a modern kitchen and a new floor for the living-room to show appreciation for all the hardships she has had gone through while I’m gone due to numerous deployments during my time in service in different capacities. Due to a time constraints as I was in the process of being deployed again, I wanted to get the kitchen project going while I still in the country. I went to kitchen and Bath Decor Houston for consultation. I met with Eli the owner and explained my situation to him and he assured me everything would be done to higher standards and in a timely fashion. After the designer walk-through and signing the contract and paying about $33237.00 in full, Celeste the co-owner verbally assured me that they would start in about a week and the project would only take three weeks to completion from demolition. Approximately 24 weeks later and the project hasn’t done yet, not only that but the work that was done is sub-bar and trash. In spite of the fact that we brought up all the deficiencies in the work done to K&B’s attention at earlier stages, they are still not taking any action to right the wrong. Frustration, anxiety, lack of communication, lack of supervision and disrespect is the least I can say to describe our experience with these people who lack of professionalism and ethics. They took advantage of the fact that I’m on a deployment, they took advantage of my wife and two children. My wife and two children for about 22 weeks have been consuming fast food because there was no kitchen and no where to wash dishes, just imagine children, three meals a day on fast food which it is not only bad for their health but it also added a tremendous amount of financial straits in addition to the trauma this experience has caused us. We put our entire savings in this project and had to get a loan. I don’t make living by scamming hard working honest citizens like these guys have done to us and to other people as I have recently learned. I get paid for being a part of the men and women who volunteered to put our lives in harm’s way to defend this great nation. I’m not going to put all the blame on them solely because I myself should have done my due diligence to assure that I don’t get scammed, however, that doesn’t make it ok for them to cheat, lie and deceive hard working honest Americans. I’m writing this to expose K&B and to make sure that no one else get scammed by this shady, unprofessional, and unethical company that doesn’t even want to give me a copy of the contract….. Kitchen and Bath Decor was hired for a bathroom renovation. They came to the house and did a complete assessment. We spoke in detail about it. They didn’t seem to want rush us, they took time getting to know us. We felt comfortable and everything they said and did going forward made sense. It was a great experience and well worth it.

Oh what a NIGHTMARE! We were assured and verbally promised that if we PAID IN FULL on the day of signing the contract (Sep 25, 2021), our bathrooms (master and secondary bathroom) would be done by the end of the year (2021). That did not happen. Celeste, the co-owner/manager, kept postponing and dragging out the demolition date all the way to March 1, 2022, with another promise that the master bathroom (9x11ft) would be finished within 4-6 weeks.  It was such a hassle and an ordeal for our family.  We had to sleep on the sofa and clean up the house every day while it was under construction. Due to lack of coordination on their part, our master bathroom took 18 weeks to finish (end of June 2022). The final product/finish was not what we agreed on the original plan when we signed the contract. Beware, electrical, shower glass and bathroom hardwares were not included, we had to pay extra. Feeling frustrated and continuous postponement we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The first response from Celeste, co-owner/manager threatened to file a lawsuit because she/her company had verbiage on the contract that prohibits the customer to post a negative review. Her tone changed when we pointed out the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA). According to The Consumer Review Fairness Act, it is illegal for companies to include standardized provisions that threaten or penalize people for posting honest reviews. From the horrible nightmare experience and unreasonable delays, we chose not to have this company do the 2nd bathroom and requested a refund for it. It took them nearly 4 weeks (on an installment plan) to fully refund us. With that money, we hired someone else and have remodeled 2 bathrooms, instead of 1, with the same design as we wanted. Unbelievable.

I shopped around. They helped get me what I wanted and the price was even better. They did good work.

Excellent to work with. Even came back to verify everything was perfect. Love this company. They were efficient and did an excellent job. We were pleased with the results!
