I’m talking the dog’s feet are not touching the floor while wearing a collar that digs into the neck. 99% of her employees are undocumented which isn’t the problem, the problem is that she hires them under the impression that they perform a certain set of duties for a set pay but will soon after add an entire position’s worth of work for the same amount of pay. This (exploitation of her employees needing work) leads to high turn over, inconsistent trainers and kennel techs, with new employees having little to no training. She has untrained and uncertified employees giving your animals shots. She has recently lost an animal. To top all of this off she was allowing employees to live unauthorized on site and one of them (Travis) was a KNOWN DRUG USER and convicted CHILD PREDATOR who assaulted a little 14 year old girl. This was the reason for the recent relocation around this past March, if you were wondering why they moved. Sheena is slick with her words, she’ll say/do anything to take your money and have you believing your animals are in a respectable environment. In reality she is manipulative and abusive. Currently working with the Better Business Bureau, this business needs to be shutdown.
