DermaSmooth Med Spa

Dr. Dale grew up in Dallas and moved to San Antonio as a young man. He attended Trinity University for a degree in Biology. Dale and Susan moved to Lubbock in 1977, after he was accepted at Texas Tech University School of Medicine. Dale trained there in Internal Medicine (then at Lubbock General Hospital) and served as Chief Resident in his third year. He has practiced internal medicine ever since.  Gardening and rescuing German shorthaired pointers are his favorite hobbies.  Two daughters live in Salt Lake City, Utah, with their husbands and 3 hypnotizing grandsons. DermaSmooth was Dale’s love for lasers, and he has been trained by Dr. Robertson, Dr. Little and Lumenis. Barbara grew up in Irving, Texas. In Dallas, she started her first skin care business in 1967 at Inwood Village/Lovers Lane. Barbara, Kenn and daughter Renee' moved to Lubbock in 1977, and their only daughter Renee attended Texas Tech University. They housed 18 International Exchange Students from 1986-1998. This opportunity allowed Barbara to network with people from all over the world and learn from the best in the business. Barbara opened the First Day Spa Lubbock in 1993, and she is EXCITED about joining DermaSmooth Med Spa after 22 years!
