As the principal of GP South End Homebased Notary, Fingerprinting and Passport Photo Services, I swear and verify documents and administer the oath. Familiar with contemporary laws and government procedures. Real estate transaction certification is often part of my job. I have been requested to certify new houses loans, reverse mortgages, and refinancing as well as property transfers. As an uninvolved third party witness, validating every real estate transaction regulation, is my job. Take your Passport or Visa Photo. Tax is not included. Fingerprints cost $6 per card. For cash, or credit/debit, payment is accepted. You must prove your identity with a government-issued photo ID. Your first print rolls will be accepted or reprinted for free if they are not accepted.
