Customer feedback review My wife went to Repco chatswood store to buy a car battery and asked for help replacing the old one. The staff refused to help replace the old battery, and they told her they were not “mechanics” even though it’s a simple battery replacement. If she had known this beforehand, we could have gone to Supercheap Auto or Battery World, which both had fitting and replacement. Very Disappointing. Great staff on the Saturday, one older guy and one young guy trying their best to serve lots of customers, there was 10 people in the store at the on time. Under staffed even though they were serving people as quickly as possible you can’t have only 2 people in the store for Boxing Day sale, they were really nice and knowledgeable though.
