I am thankful for his honesty and advice on potential problems with the job if done elsewhere. Kudos to him for taking the time to recommend alternative repair options, despite the loss of business opportunity. 2. The father was incredibly rude over the phone as I accidentally called twice. He was irate that I called more than once asking for a quote, and I was also looking at other places. Do not reccommend at all disgusting behaviour. Grow up.3. Farook and his team at Absolute smash repairs are skilled, nice and professional, and they give good customer service and do the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed.4. The work done by this company is excellent. My car was scratched at the parking lot, and the repair is so perfect that there is no sign of the damage. They also advised me on the best and cheapest way to repair my car, which was comparing the cost of insurance excess with the private repair cost. They fixed two cars for me in the past year. One was hit by a falling tree branch, while the other collided with a post. The repairs were done in time and their quality was amazing.
