Customer feedback summary: 1. Worst gym in the area, filled with young school kids in numbers and overcrowded for the amount of machines they have (considering there’s atleast 4/5 out of order weekly) good luck finding a set of handles to do some chest flys you’ll be lucky to find one of everything in a gym this size. Bathroom holds bigger puddles than the local pond as it gets cleaned once a day. 2. Honestly the worst service of any gym I’ve been too. Accounts team and any management seemingly non existent. Staff also seem trained in poor service. They are more than happy to take your money while assuring you things are cancelled and then apparently impossible to provide any assistance when getting a refund. 3. Extremely disappointed with my experience here. The staff members are incredibly rude and unhelpful when you approach them with issues. It feels like they are only interested in you when you’re signing up, but as soon as there is a problem, the attitude shifts completely.
The gym itself is constantly packed. No matter what time you go, you have to wait forever for every single machine, making it impossible to get a productive workout done in a reasonable amount of time.
To make matters worse, they make it nearly impossible to cancel a membership. They hit you with hidden fees and make you jump through endless hoops just to end your contract. Save your money and your sanity. So look for a gym that actually values its members and manages its capacity better. 4. I booked what was presented as a trial visit. Nowhere during the phone call was I informed that I would need to bring ID, a bank card, and sign a 20-page contract just to access a “trial.” This was not clearly explained beforehand.
At the gym, I felt pressured to sign the agreement on the spot. The payment structure and conditions were not properly discussed in advance. Being told that I had to cancel within 48 hours makes it clear this was not a genuine trial, but effectively a contract from day one.
Transparency matters when customers are making financial commitments. In my experience, the process lacked openness and clear communication.
On top of that, the gym itself felt unclean, and the equipment appeared old and poorly maintained.
Overall, very disappointing experience. 5. Scammed me for membership contract with 3 days trial without informing. Complete fraud. Gym equipments are old, half broken and dirty. There is no ventilation and the gym stinks, smells like armpits, you get traumatized breathing in there. Would not recommend to anyone.
Me and my mom were at the Hurstville gym, I asked the staff she wanted a trial and they proposed us 3 days trial. Asked us to sign up for a form without telling us it's for a 6 months contract membership. I realised I was getting billed twice and I called back, they said we signed for contract of 6 months and cannot cancel or refund. When we were signing up I told them my mom was here for visit and won't be for long, can't believe they did this. I am membership for years and this is how you treat your clients.
Update: calling them could not get my membership cancelled, still getting billed without notice, have asked bank to block their transactions.
