Unless you give them their fee within 10 seconds of them asking, you will expect no communication or sort of word ethic or efficiency and were told that there is nothing that can be done, when we got a second opinion from another place we were told there was actually a lot that could be done. Very disappointing, infuriating, and added extra stress from our experience with this company!!!!!! Also as a Solicitor myself I have high expectations about a Law firm and Ward Keller delivered. 2. I have to change the lawyer as current lawyer Krishna never gives you back. She is only money-minded and holding my legal documents from a few weeks. Her assistant said we are working on it. I don't want you to work on it. I need my documents to see what you guys are attaching to my file. 0% communication 0% response Also, she filed wrong information in my file, which can make my file refuse. I strongly recommend to stay away from migration section here 14. Unfortunately, I have to write this. We gave Ward Keller our building dispute to manage. I have never felt more let down by the way our matter has been managed with a lack of professionalism and tardiness. We were expecting good quality and on time, which we did not receive. Our requests for advice at times were not answered and we have been left feeling that our matter is not important. I would suggest that people with the same problems look elsewhere for a lawyer. Most disappointing and actually distressing! This has caused a layer of stress over and above the existing issues. That is why we went to a lawyer in the first place. Thank you for responding. Again my disappointment is the lack of fixing the issue and the blame shift. We have gotten no results for the thousands we have paid. Please explain and refund. In my opinion, professionals do not run away. Else I would be out of work.
