Johnathan from Action Furnace came out and did a repair on our Heat exchangers and did an excellent Job and was very thorough and informative. This company knows how to provide excellent Customer service! Thanks Johnathan!
Unfortunately I would not recommend action furnace.
We ended up going with action furnace although they were more expensive than another competitor, simply because of the numerous benefits that were listed in their customer service.
After a month of having our AC installed, it had frozen up and stopped working. According to their ‘no frustration guarantee’ we would be eligible to receive a free hotel and $500. When I called about this I spoke to someone who tried to give every excuse of why this wouldn’t apply, when there are no contingencies listed on this guarantee. It has been a month and a half and no one will return my call, and it is listed on my ‘file’ that it doesn’t apply because it was an issue with my thermostat, when the technician never once said that was the cause of the air conditioner freezing up.
Beyond the worst customer service. They will try anything to get out of what they promise, and ignore you when you try to make it right. My assumption would be their reviews are based on people who have received basic services without issues, and when there are issues, this is where they are deceitful and try to blame the customer.
Vasheen was great excellent service and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this tech to other customers. Very professional
