From the beginning, the entire process has been filled with confusion and chaos. When I finally got the car on June 15th, it was a complete bust. As soon as we adjusted the windshield mirror after picking it up, it fell off. On July 15th, a message was sent to the sales representative notifying them that the front windshield was not sealed, that stuffing was visible inside the windshield, and that there was a black material that could be lifted around the entire windshield. Additionally, on July 15, the car felt slow, almost as if it were shutting down, and the dashboard error lights flashed like Christmas lights. arguing back and forth with the sales representative to drop off the car finally on August 1st; despite many requests, I still haven't received a breakdown of the problem emailed which I requested numerous times. When I dropped it off on August 1st, nobody understood what I was talking about, and nobody could reach the sales representative who had arranged for this. At last, they told me that my loaner car was finally ready (empty on gas) and that my car would be travelling to Kia today. When I called at 1:30 to obtain the status report, they said it wasn't even supposed to go there and that Friday, August 2nd, was the earliest they could get it in. Tomorrow night I'm heading out of town, and that LOANER—the one with the steering wheel that shakes on deerfoot—will not stand a chance! I’ve yet to hear about the windshield replacement. I’ve NEVER been treated so horribly especially after purchasing a vehicle from a place. I will be logging a complaint with MVIC for all the issues.

My daughter and I visited Automaxx in search of a used vehicle. The vehicle we liked had to be delivered from Red Deer Automaxx to the Calgary NE location. We returned later that same day and found the fully detailed car waiting for us. Noman was great in orchestrating all of this, all very professional, including his personal delivery of the vehicle to our home the following day. From the friendly front desk, to our sales help by Noman, to finance, to service, it feels like a very efficient team and a great atmosphere to return to for future services. We will happily recommend Automaxx to friends and family.
