Reviews Summary
Dogaholics reviews highlight its caring and competent pet care system, staff that ensures dogs are comfortable and happy, and feedback reassures pet owners, with detailed daily report cards, rescue and anxious dogs find comfort and acclimatize to social settings, marking it an ideal pet daycare and boarding place. Staff is complemented for their welcoming demeanor, making their visitors feel safe, and reduce the hustle associated with Panta in situations that are new to him. By allowing dogs to interact with other pets, the facility provides social interaction. That other dogs, their owners, and professional staff are there also for the same reasons, thus I don't think I would have much to worry about. This would make me comfortable because as my pet interacts and play with other dogs of different breeds and sizes, it gets exhausted and happy then it's relaxed and safe. Pets' interaction, energy, and general content tell it all. Customer reviews, prove why it is the best place.

1 star is 1 too much. but needed to review.
We brought our dogs in for a VIP room stay Dec 22-Jan10. We have 2 dogs both 13 years old, 1 needs some extra attention on occasions as he has arthritis. Somewhere along the way something happened to him. He obtained a sore on his behind like a bed sore. it went unnoticed by the staff even during a bath time. It appears he had an issue and sat on his backside for a long period of time unable to get up due to his arthritis and without help. could have been overnight could have been longer. I think the staff did the best job they could, and no issue with the staff onsite. they don't work overnight. My issue is when i called to discuss so i could inform the Vet of all the information my calls and emails with the owner took what i would call a bad turn. I did not blame anyone.. i simply asked for all information where they were, what they did, when they got a bath etc to inform the Vet with all info in attempt to help diagnose the issues. The Vet informed us that our dogs had this sore, because he was likely unable to move, also he was dehydrated and down 12-13% of his body weight. again likely because unable to get to water dish. The Owner Constance who i wanted to discuss this with was in Mexico but she did call me back and email me. First thing after her rampage of defense (she is impossible to have a conversation with), She attempted to diagnose my dog, without seeing him, as well without her being a graduate of a Veterinary School of Medicine. She told me it was a hot spot cause by him licking his behind. Well if she spent anytime with my dog (she didn't she was in Mexico on holidays) she would have known his arthritis makes it impossible for him to lick his behind. he cant reach it no matter how much he tried. Then the rest of her time in the multiple calls & emails she simply defended her establishment, it was impossible to get a word in with her, a useless series of calls and emails for sure, and no helpful discussion what so ever. NOT once in 4 calls and 6 emails did she or anyone simply ask "how is your dog"?? finally after all this once she did ask, 3-4 days later, as she wanted to talk to my Vet, which i disallowed. She is not a Vet, no need for her to discuss my dog's health with a Veterinary professional.
the staff seem good, however the owner is a one sided defensive unstoppable load mouth. unfortunately, but simply put.
She will reply to this that he had a wet spot, cause by him, and her staff gave them the best care ever, and a few other defensive things I'm sure. Same as he calls and emails.
if your dog needs any special attention at all, go elsewhere or use Rover for in home care elsewhere.
If you need further details, or pictures, or more in depth details on my dogs situation while there and the owner Constance' unacceptable correspondence certainly feel free to contact me directly.
there are lots of dog kennels, choose wisely, or use Rover for more personal one on one care for your doggie family member.
