Worst experience with a mediator. It was clear Mr. Mustard had not read our file, let alone done any preparation for the meeting. Would listen to Dad and not myself. Kept saying that a judge would not be as patient with me, which if he’d done any reading he would know I’ve had previous experience with judges. I’ve had 3 mediators and he was by far the worst. I’m gonna say maybe it was just a bad day, couldn’t be bothered or definitely needs to retire. He wrote on the report that I ended the meeting leaving out that I lasted an hour. I’m still mind blown at how condescending and rude he was. Glad the courts send out a survey and there are places like this to make people aware.
