I like shopping at Mountain Warehouse - Southcentre Mall, and I have never had a problem with the customer service at the store. However, I went there today, and the associate was a little bit rude.
I went there with my brother and my father. My brother wanted to return a jacket that he had earned as a gift, and the associate wasn't polite when she was explaining the return policy. Besides that, my father purchased a t-shirt, and the same associate wasn't patient with him while explaining the discount that he can get if he makes a new purchase in August. I told the associate that my father didn't speak English well. So, she should have considered it when she was explaining the discount to him.
I'll return to the store because I like it, but I didn't like the experience that I had there today.
