This insurance do not care the customer I have bad experience with David, he is bad guy and rude man and does not know how to try the customer. He is a disrespectful and abuse of customer do not use this broken. the worst broken in Canada, they abuse of customers and disrespectfully . the policy of this insurance is disrespectful .

I dislike insurance as an industry, but I have to say Sharp Insurance has some likeable personalities that make things much more tolerable. I dealt with Casey Epp today who was just as professional as her predecessor, Cat Sinclair. They both have a great sense of humour and are far from corporate drones going through the motions. I’m not all that easy a person to deal with, but both these representatives have enough patience to do so after spending eight straight hours on the phone. Thank you both. Although I still think insurance stinks, particularly in Alberta. We have the only private system, which should drive down costs through competition. But, pay the highest premiums in the country, by far. I’ll stop there, before I get carried away on a rant. Jeff Hurren
