Nitemare of a contractor. Installed a HE furnace and an AC unit for me. Botched the install, my condo board made me pay for reinstallation to cover up their sketchy work. In trying to re coup my payments I have been waiting over 8 months for a check from their accounts receivable dept who I had to send them an email explaining how to subtract to see the remaining amount. Poor quality installation, poor field management, unqualified accountants support staff. Dont buy Daikin , dont use shift air, and keep your time and money.
