Sleep Country customers have great experiences with their customer service. Numerous reviewers mentioned Dwayne and Rain as standout customer service representatives. They had a variety of mattresses to choose from and found the perfect one in their budget that they were satisfied with. Dexter and Andres in particular, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Customers were never pressured into purchasing anything. The sales staff seemed to understand the importance of letting customers take their time to take to make a decision, and they were always happy to lay different mattresses and try pillows. Many customers praised the fact that they just felt comfortable talking to them. Waiting for products was also quite helpful reviews and this was equally important for some customers' deliverables. I would say that even when shopping for something huge you would still get great customer service. The customer stories rear off the importance of customer service and good experiences during shopping.
