Southern Alberta Institute of Technology

The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, or SAIT, was established in Calgary (Alberta), Canada, and began with eleven students. Our founding mandate was to help veterans who came back from the First World War. We've served the city as a hospital during the Spanish Flu, and an Air Force Wireless Training School for the Royal Canadian Air Force during the Second World War. Fast forward 105 years, SAIT's research, learning, and industrial partnerships are changing the next generation of problem-solvers, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers. At SAIT, technology is how we live. We are creators, thinkers, and advocates who lead change and envision the future workforce. Our community is made up of creators, thinkers, and visionaries. Through shared values and a commitment to creating a better world, our vision is within reach. Our idea of inclusion, diversity, and equity (EDI) is to create the atmosphere for healthy campuses where everyone is seen, heard, welcomed, encouraged, and included. The school is perfect for learning as there are varied courses such as short, continuing learning, diplomas, and degrees. Instructors are excellent. The school layout is excellent but it is undergoing renovations. The school has a beautiful campus that is good for learning and socializing. There are students who feel discriminated against because of their nationality, but the majority appreciate the schools for its services. You should consider SAIT for your child. The institution is recommended and love by many.
