Our Company Capital Accounting Services Ltd. is a proudly Alberta-owned and operated accounting and tax preparation company in South Edmonton. Our company has wonderfully turned from a small-scale organization to a multinational unit offering services in a wide range of industries. Our firm was started in 1985 and has been growing over the years thanks to its reliability and commitment. We have offer account keeping, tax preparation, and consulting services to individuals and small businesses since 1985. At the onset of the firm, the only client was a small transport business, and all services were on a small scale. Currently, we serve companies from multiple sectors and industries. Our company started as a transport accounting firm, and thus many clients from this sector joined. The company appreciated more clients from transportation, and the range of services was widened. Currently, we handle clients in the construction, transport, contractor, retailer, trade, and service industries (Capital Accounting Services Ltd., 2021). Our Philosophy Our goal is to make every accounting exercise simple and easy for our clients. Once the company was inaugurated, clients were in a state of confusion and disorganization, and most of them could not maintain their books. The process was a nightmare, which took many firms to close. Such clients prompted the firm to offer bookkeeping services to their customers alongside accounting. Accounting, tax preparation, and construction contract negotiation became our main services. We worked on all of these services and integrated the bookkeeping. The approach saved many clients whose business could have closed due to confusion. After several orders from the company under investigation, we contacted the client to schedule a meeting for understanding the accounting procedure and received timely feedback. The client's communication was prompt, and we met face-to-face to discuss the business's accounting procedure. Clients from other firms were only responding to emails, but this is not the case with the new client; this is a departure from the initial philosophy of the company. Our communication with clients was straightforward and simple. The main aim of the firm was to be part of the client. Thus, the client should be involved in how their taxes will be prepared. The client owns the tax returns, and they have the right to decide how they will be filed, and this was the main philosophy behind the company.
