Becker Cheryl

I am Cheryl Becker, and I have been a psychologist working in Alberta since 1987. I have seen many different ways people can change their lives for the better. One of the things that I have learned is that therapy should be tailored to the individual client. Although general therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are usually helpful, I will work with the client to find the best approach. Your thinking, emotions, actions, and values all impact your situation. You can live more effectively and enjoy greater fulfillment by learning how to change your thinking and quieten your mind.
