I am Cheryl Becker, and I have been a psychologist working in Alberta since 1987. I have seen many different ways people can change their lives for the better. One of the things that I have learned is that therapy should be tailored to the individual client. Although general therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are usually helpful, I will work with the client to find the best approach.
