My second cheque as part of three hefty special assessment payments was received by Blueprint and posted against my account. ... only to be followed an adjustment and a message three months later informing me that I was in arrears for the amount of my cheque. My bank has no record of the cheque leading me to suspect that it was lost or perhaps stolen while in possession of Blueprint. I made several attempts to contact them regarding the missing cheque and received no response which only strengthens my impression of financial incompetence, unprofessionalism and non-existent customer service ....
MY BUILDING HAS NO HEATING IN NEGATIVE 50 CELSIUS!!!. The property management response in -50 Celsius temperature was “we are aware that this building has no heating, and are working on it. We do not have an ETA on when it may be fixed”. They can’t even say if the repair person is on site or any detail at all. And to get an update on the issue call again where you have to try 45 mins + and hold for them to tell you same thing again. Such a horrible customer service and abysmal property management. They should move their firm to warmer climates if they can manage a simple cold snap effectively and without any problems.
I purchased a condo at Rivers Edge in Okotoks AB and if I knew then what I know now, I would have continued looking! Blueprint Management doesn't fix anything. They either don't respond to issues that need to be addressed, or they push them on to someone else and you never hear back. We have drainage issues from the roof on both buildings. I have had flooding from rain and snow melt (I am on the ground floor). Water is literally pouring off of the roof outside my bedroom windows. I have been sending in photos and videos and doing work orders since October. I have been told that they had someone 'check' the roof and eaves troughs and found nothing wrong. I have also been told that the Board is waiting to hear back from the Contractor. How long does it take? We are now entering January! There is a black mold issue in the ceiling of the laundry room, which is right below my master bedroom and also right below where the water is flooding the ground. I am hearing from every other person I talk to who lives in either building, that the entire basements flood every Spring when the snow melts. My guess is this is because the water doesn't drain down the downspouts (only 6 on each building), but pours over the top of the gutters. I have lived here since September 2023 and have never seen anyone clean the entrance way floors. There are no garbage cans at either entrance. They are also putting down salt deicer on the entryways, steps and sidewalks, so I cannot walk my dogs on these areas, as their feet get burned by the salt. A request for deicer without salt has been ignored. If I did not live on the ground floor and have entry via a patio door, I would have to carry my dogs out individually to do their business. I do not recommend anyone move into a building that is being managed by Blueprint!....Oh, AND they do not remove snow from the parking lots!
Living now almost 2 months in my new apartment and have only problems with this company. Misinformation outright lies is all you get from the property manager. I asked now 7 times in writing that my available condo fees should be deducted from my account and still nothing. Now I own already 2 months of fees. They are using my private account as hidden deposit account and show negative payments in their books, so they can ask for additional "special assessment" payments from the Owners. They are also involved in a third-party sale approach of all units, what I find unethical at least. Very unprofessional. Hope the Board dumping them sooner than later. If I could do minus stars, for rating them, it would be minus three stars.
I been 7 months trying to get info on my condo and they well not give me anything why only thing I see is to hide something g and also the and the apple dumpling Co do board who I'm told also does work private for members on board.xif I knew then what I know now I would of never bought here. The are o ly ones doing OK cause the don't work for the owners just select few.i well go as far as I can to desclose what is going on here at oakwood towers
We sold an investment condo managed by Blueprint July 28, 2023. Nancy in condos is gracious. However, Blueprint overcharged us condo fees for August and September. We still haven't been refunded.
