I just want to say the whole car sales vibe is very accurate! We brought our dog in that was having issues. We basically had to plead for medical care...if you speak up about concerns they don't generally care if it doesn't go by the basic vet book. Our dog had breed related issues I feel they had no understanding of ..very jump the gun so to speak with diagnosis!! No open mind or general feelings towards a pet parents concerns or questions. When asking a question we were talked to like we were children and treated like shitty pet parents. Dr fredlund had us dreading each visit as she was just extremely uncomfortable to deal with. If you choose to go here be prepared to spend every dime on ever test imaginable ..if you say no you will be treated poorly if you speak up about personal concerns for your pet you will be belittled. Oh and don't forget buy hills Science diet as that's really all they recommend! Pls google the crap in that dog food brand. Do yourself and your furr baby better by choosing another vet. Sometimes what looks nice on the outside isn't so great on the inside.
