This company is extremely frustrating to deal with. They sold me a warranty that was supposed to be ending in a few years, but made a mistake on their system and applied a warranty that ends this June! I have been calling and emailing for a year to get this resolved and it’s always a game of “oh I will let the manager know to call you back” but they never do. I finally got in contact with Alex Yachinec and he said he was going to make the change on May 18th and after I started following up earlier this week I’ve been told he quit. Now I’m back trying to get another manager named Bara to make this change, but so far he just never reply to my emails or call me. Every single employee that I’ve talked to at this company has all pushed the issue to the side and not wanting to fix their mistake.
If you value your time and your vehicle, then go to ANOTHER dealer for service. Brought my Jeep in February 2023 for 3 issues an oil leak, transmission shifting concern and slow leaking air tire. Technician said there is an oil leak with pooling and that the transmission lines need to be replaced. Transmission tech said that the poor shifting is caused by low fluid in the trans because of an oil leak that the other technician found. If solving the oil leak does fix the trans issue, then a valve body and tcm service is required. Ok, parts shortage caused the parts to come in 7 weeks after. Once the parts came in, they called me, and we made an appointment. Dropped off the vehicle early in the morning and received shuttle ride (thank you). Get a call at 3 pm that they did not have time to fix vehicle, so I can come pick it up. Rescheduled for another day guess what….same thing happened! Rescheduled again….same thing happened again! Finally, on the 4th visit, they get to my vehicle…but get this…they said there is no oil leak and that no repairs are needed. I was laughing out-loud now. I went to the manager Clint to find out what is happening, he said to bring it in and let look at the vehicle together. OK, we look under the vehicle…and there is no oil leak it is true…that is because the oil leak is in engine area at the power steering lines. So, the problem was mis-diagnosed by the mechanics. It was the power-steering that was leaking. Now, they tell it needs new power steering lines. Ok, 1.5 weeks later, the parts come in, and they call me. Make an appointment to come in. Guess what? This time they got to my vehicle, but they said no repair was done because its not leaking its sweating. Confused? Yeah, me too. As for the transmission, the factory trained technician said that the issue is due to low fluid in the trans, and post repair requires valve-body replacement. So, if there was never fluid leaking, then does it require a valve body? This is from a factory trained technician. Clint, the manager says what I should do is “warm up the vehicle before I drive off". 30oC outside and I should warm up the vehicle? The manager Clint is ignoring the diagnosis from the his factory trained technician. Be very careful when you bring your vehicle here for service.
