Feedback from various friends and family members who have experienced it firsthand. Their parents or families have reported that they were generally happy with it. Most residents are observed to be well cared for, with staff making the place not just a facility but a home. Residents are often called by their names and not elder-specific or generic terms. This demonstrates empathy and sets a cheerful ambience. Staff member introduced themselves both at the start of their shift and when entering the infirmary of a confused patient. The facility is very clean, and the patient's rooms are spacious. According to residents, the food provided is delicious, with dining lists clearly displayed. Activities and excursions this entire method of caring for the entire family and patient care. There are significant shortcomings in the facility; only one, some of the residents had trouble identifying any challenges and critiquing the lack of any service offered. The majority of comments are positive, and families indicated that the residence was pleased with it. The families can visit their loved ones more often than before since management has allowed it because of the ongoing pandemic and the need for mental health among residents. Staff made sure the patient was happier and was taken care of properly and nursed back to health, as described by one of the service users whose mother was happy because of the job. Other people have been well taken care of, as evidenced by various clients.
