We bought top of the line triple glazed for the entire house. After a few years all of the windows that get direct sunlight had the seals fail. Great guarantee for the windows only, but does not include labor. We have now spent over a thousand dollars for labor to have them replaced, plus our time. I understand that these units are failing frequently everywhere. They are blaming the change in temperature and that they are built by computers. Either way, expected a lot more than we got.
