Edmonton Acrobatic Gymnastics

Edmonton Acrobatic Gymnastics resides in the Millwoods Area of Edmonton. We have provided sports acrobatics classes in Northern Alberta since 1985. We are unique in our coaches' approach to coaching, as they aim to inspire great athletes. They work differently, focusing on the individual, and are passionate about sports acrobatics. Our club is family-owned and run by managers who are parents like you. We have a unique approach to the sport, and our programming flexibility is something other clubs cannot replicate due to our role as club managers. Location We are based at Millwoods United Church and operate practices in a variety of locations throughout the year. Acrobatics Acrobatic gymnastics is also known as sports acrobatics. It is a competitive gymnastics discipline where partners perform sports figures involving acrobatic moves and dance to music. There are three different types of routines: a balanced routine that includes acrobatics moves, strength, flexibility, and flexibility, dynamic routine that includes acrobatics moves and acrobatics moves (dynamic movements, throws somersaults, and catches), and at level 6 FIG and higher, a combined routine that includes both dynamic and balanced elements.
